The Role

INGIC is currently hiring for the position of a receptionist to provide general administrative support to all departments for our office in Dubai. As a receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to present the company in a pleasant way. Greet and meet with clients in a polite manner.

Additionally, you will be required to:

• Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate person in the office or voice mail.
• Facilitate the efficient flow of mail through the office.
• Manage courier deliveries and distributes incoming mail and interoffice mails.
• Greeting all clients, visitors and employees as they come into the office.
• Sending and receiving faxes.
• Schedule meeting and update appointment calendars.
• Maintain security by adhering to the rules and regulations of the company.

Requirements

• Must be a Graduate.
• Spoken Arabic is preferred
• Should have at least two years' experience as Receptionist.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook & Excel.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
